Our team has decades of experience with world-class technology companies like Microsoft, Autodesk, & Sun Microsystems. We've earned stripes in productivity and entertainment software. But above all we share an unwavering commitment to a brighter future for anyone using software.

Paul Scarpa, CEO & Co-founder. Paul leads Spry Hive's business development and product efforts after incubating international product, marketing and online distribution initiatives for Microsoft Office and Office Labs. He's spent over twelve years creating and evaluating software for Tribune Interactive, the Yankee Group, Sun Microsystems and early stage companies. He holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at U.C. Berkeley and degrees in Computer Science and Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University.

Grant BlahaErath, CTO & Co-founder. Grant takes charge of Spry Hive's technology direction after having served as a Developer Evangelist at Microsoft, where he was responsible for strategic partnerships, custom tools development and operations for the company's Platform Adoption Center. Formerly Grant served as Chief Software Architect at The Learning Company/Broderbund, and shipped an impressive array of consumer software titles as a development manager at Electronic Arts and Autodesk.
